About us

The company was founded by Otto Singer and later taken over by his son Manfred Singer. From early on, we concentrated on mechanical engineering solutions for the food industry.

Our philosophy is to work with customers to achieve the best technical edge in the market with our machines.

We think it is important to react quickly and flexibly to customer needs. This is why, for decades, we have maintained partnerships with the absolute best suppliers.

Robust, hygienic construction is indispensable to us, which is why our designers constantly undergo continuing education to keep abreast of the demands of the food industry.

Our large after-sales team and 24/7 hotline offer our customers the best possible support. Our specially equipped technical center includes a refrigeration room, and products can be tested there under near-real conditions.

Food manufacturers from all over the globe take advantage of this opportunity and can see for themselves how their product behaves in our machines.

Worldwide agencies

We aim to be as close as possible to our customers, which is why we work closely with the best representatives in many countries in Europe and overseas.

Self-sufficient production

We have been following the approaches towards ensuring self-sufficient production for decades. This requires the greatest possible independence from suppliers. To meet this goal, we maintain a large machine park for mechanical processing. Our portfolio includes cutting technology, welding technology, turning and milling technology as well as complete surface processing through to glass bead blasting.

All these machines make us fast and flexible and help us to support our customers as quickly as possible, especially when it comes to spare parts.

Standards guidelines & certificates

In our company, we work according to a whole range of national and international standards and guidelines, which represent the benchmark for our production processes and workflows.

As a European manufacturer, we strictly adhere to the CE standard and comply with all of the regulations contained therein.

Unless otherwise stipulated for the end customer, the machines and systems meet all relevant provisions of Directive 2006/42 / EC and, if applicable, also the provisions of Directives 2014/35 / EU on electrical equipment and 2014/30 / EU on electromagnetic compatibility.

In addition, we attach great importance to the cleanability of our machines, which is why these, as well as the systems in Singer Hygienic Design, are designed and built.

FDA approval is available for all parts that come into contact with the product, and all of our loading systems grippers are also chemically smoothed so that product adhesion is reduced to a minimum.
