Automation can mean many things. It can include conveyor systems that move products from point A to point B, small machines that make work easier, and even semi and fully automated handling systems, such as linear systems or 6-axis robot systems. In close cooperation with the customer’s project team, we work out the best solution.
Loading and unloading trolleys (linear/6-axis)
Today, everyone is talking about automation. Many of our customers have recognized the advantages and increasingly rely on linear or 6-axis systems.
Especially for loading and unloading racks and trolleys, the automation potential is enormous. Funding applications can even be submitted for ergonomically improved workplaces.
Linear systems: Keep it simple, stupid! True to this motto, we try to help our customers with simple linear systems. Whether for loading and unloading or for filling molds, linear systems tailored to the customer can often add enormous value that can no longer be ignored.
6-axis robots: For complex work that often takes linear systems to their limit, 6-axis robots can be used. Together with the customer, several layout proposals are discussed to find the best possible interaction of automation solutions with upstream and downstream machines.
Application dependent
The system must be completely lathered and can be cleaned with any conventional cleaning agent. An extra cleaning trolley for the purpose is optionally available.

Slicer
Our slicer is a standalone machine for automatically cutting and placing products. This allows toppings to be placed on cordon bleus, sandwiches or even pizza.
The product rods are manually placed in the product shafts provided for the purpose, and gravity slides them down toward the band knife. This cuts them to a preset thickness, and then an integrated retraction belt stacks them or transfers them directly to the downstream machine or packaging station.
Multi-path for various products, feed technology, cleaning trolleys or removal technology.
The system must be completely lathered and can be cleaned with any conventional cleaning agent. The integrated retraction belt can be rotated 90° out of the system for removing the belt and cleaning.
Output: |
about 40 cycles per minute Belt width 600 mm |
Model: |
Multiple product stacking possible Cutting thickness adjustable from touch panel |

Separator
The separator is the smallest standalone machine in our product portfolio. This compact wonder is mainly used for separating casing and sausage meat during filling. This lets the sausage meat from poorly filled sausages, at sausage ends or at casing ruptures be reused and not disposed of. This is a clear win when it comes to sustainability and economy of resources.
The sausages, or strings of them, go into a product shaft inside the machine, where they are pushed out using a pressing process. The valuable sausage meat goes into an internal perforated drum, which conveys it outward. The casing can no longer be used and lands in a collection container provided for the purpose.
Time relay, foot switch, filling hopper, perforated drum, cleaning trolley
The system must be completely lathered and can be cleaned with any conventional cleaning agent. An extra cleaning trolley for the purpose is optionally available.
Output: |
up to 100 kg/hour depending on the hole size of the drum used as well as the grain size of the product |

Link cutter WKT-50
Our link cutter has many uses and an impressively stable, hygienic design. Naturally, the machine can be fully lathered and can withstand ordinary commercial cleaning agents. Various sausage types can be set from the touch panel.
To automatically put sausages into packages, you have to be able to cut them first. For this, there is the WKT-50 cutting machine for fresh, cooked or smoked sausages. Using a sensor, it detects the twist-off point between the sausages and cuts it cleanly with a blade. The string of sausages is fed in manually. After the sausages are separated, they fall either into downstream conveyor technology or into boxes.
Cocktail sausage attachment
The system must be completely lathered and can be cleaned with any conventional cleaning agent. An extra cleaning trolley for the purpose is optionally available.
Output: |
up to 1200 cuts per minute Sausage thickness: approx. 10–50 mm Sausage length: starting from 40 mm |

Microwavecut
For fresh sausages, we have spent years developing the microwave cut. This separates the sausages at the twist-off point using heat from microwave radiation and at the same time seals the ends, so that no sausage meat can escape.
The sausages are taken directly from the twist-off machine after filling and move into the machine. Using a specially prepared microwave chamber and magnetrons used only in microwave cutting, the twist-off points are melted, which seals the sausage ends so that no sausage meat can escape.
Additional cutting device
The system must be completely lathered and can be cleaned with any conventional cleaning agent. An extra cleaning trolley for the purpose is optionally available.
