Team spirit.
Since it was founded, Singer & Sohn has conducted continuous qualification training in different trades: metal workers, precision mechanics, product designer and office management assistants, thus encourages its own young talent, as circumspect as a good football club. The majority of our 40 current, highly-qualified employees were trained in this manner.
A competent team of managers headed by Manfred and Daniela Singer, lean hierarchies and an open door policy promotes the proverbial “Singer Team Spirit”. This is reflected in the high quality of fabrication for our customers.
