Exact weighing.
The batching system consists of several lifting and tipping systems (swing loaders) as well as of a transport belt and a weighing system.
The products from big boxes are exactly weighed and the dates for the charges compostions are shown to the operating person of the system on the display. So it is possible to control the delivery of the several portions to the whole charge on the weighing transport belt.
The product charges aare delivered to downstream machines for further processing by a subsequent transport system or by transport trolleys.
This system ensures the retracing of the charges by the exact weighing and recording of the products.
The system is designed in stainless steel, glass bead blasted, and is appropriated for wet cleaning. It can be inserted optimally for standardization of the production of cooked, boiled or raw sausages.
