Spiral freezing systems
Product-oriented freezer systems.
To offer you the appropriate spiral freezing system for all kinds of deep frozen products we adjust all components not only to the product properties but also to the operational conditions which are mainly defined by the product temperature and the cooling material. All parts to be in direct contact to the product are produced in stainless steel.
Each system is designed individually, according to the product and the customer‘s requirements and is both available as upward or downward conveyor as welle as with one or two towers. This depends amongst others on local conditions, product dimensions and the product‘s dwell time inside the spiral.
Additionally, the spiral freezer can be equipped with a cleaining system as well as a sequential defrosting system supported either by hot water, hot gas or electrically.
Our systems are prominent for absolute reliability and durability and are therefore optimally appropriate for multi-shift operation.
A breakdown because of a possible rise of the belt is avoided by a continuous control.
The SPS control as well as programming of all systems by our own electrical fitters ensure a high degree of flexibility and allow an adjustment oriented to the product.
