Line merger
Optimal flow of material.
Our line connector can bring together products or packages which come out of the packaging machine in several lines.
The starting belt is equipped with sensors and transfers alternately the product to the straightening belt where the packages are merged to one line by a guide rail. The output can be matched to the packaging machine respectively to the product properties by infinite adjustment of the belt speed.
According to the customer’s wishes it is possible to transport the packages afterwards to a grouping belt where they are again counted by sensors and subsequently spread out or stacked.
The system is made from stainless steel and designed for wet cleaning. It is characterized by an extremely robust construction. Easy adjustment of the frame height in the infeed and discharge area enables adaption to upstream and downstream machines. This guarantees a smooth production flow.
The length of the system has been minimized so that installation is possible also in tight spaces.
