A solution that fits for coarse and fine cutting of pork, beef and small animals is offered by Singer & Sohn. From defining and production to assembly, we deliver everything from one source. The process starts with positioning of the pork halves automatically on the cutting conveyor which consists of three parts. By an optical line of a laser they are straightened for the right cut. The ham is cut off by a circular knife mounted overhead.
After repositioning by a laser beam the shoulder is separated from the middle piece which is then divided into belly and chop, each with a further circular knife in hanging position.
The parts are scaled separately and transported to fine cutting conveyors for further process. Conveyor belts forward the removed bones to collecting boxes.
In the area of product feeding and discharging, special „rind removers“ with conveyor belts are in use and for the fine cutting of ham, derinders come into operation. The specific products are sorted and deposited in E2 boxes. On a special conveyor line, those filled E2 boxes are conveyed to the weighing station and after collection of data they are stacked onto pallets.
The empty and soiled boxes run through the washing machine and are then transported back to the feeding area of the cutting process by the conveyor line for empty boxes.
Our cutting systems are prominent for their extremely robust construction and meet the highest expectations in cleaning and disinfection. Tables and accessories can be flexibly used in the process.
Complementary components for the transport of cleaned or filled boxes are also in our product range.
