Automatic transport and filling.
This system enables the automatic transport and continuous filling of salami pans in the production of raw sausage without casing. When the filling process is finished, the sausage bar is cut off by a cutting device and the filled forms can be taken from the removal belt and stacked into a smoke trolley.
Additional modules such as the automatic provision an dremoval of pans can further increase the efficiency of the system.
Different salami forms according to the customer's preferences result from an individual form of the filling pipe and appropriate pans.
