Continuous prodcut feeding to slicer.
Our complete system for the automatic transport of sausage meat comes into operation mainly in the bulk production of specific products. With starting the filling machines, the conveyor belts for the sausage meat as well as the upstream cutting and mixing machines are also taken into operation by signal exchange. Above the hoppers of the vacuum fillers there are light sensors mounted to control the filling level and to ensure the infeed of sausage meat according to pre-set minimum and maximum data. The several sausage meat conveyors are positioned one upon the other. A reversing drive allows product transport in both conveyor directions thus filling only that hopper which is requesting new product.
Output of the system depends on the number of filling machines.
All components are designed in stainless steel and are therefore appropriate for wet cleaning.
Installation of this system helps to reduce auxiliary times and to reach a high filling capacity.
Additional lifting devices as well as trolleys are not necessary and labour can be saved.
