Automatic loading of smoke trolleys.
This system is most suitable for the production of long sausage bars with big diameters.
Before the automatic loading machine can be started together with the filling machine, an empty smoke trolley has to be pushed into the pickup position. The filled sausage bars are sealed by the clipper and then delivered by the transfer station to the loading machine where the bars are picked up and stacked into the smoke trolley. In this process an output of 5 – 6 loading processes per minute is possible. If the trolley is completely filled, the filling machine stops for a short time to enable a change of the trolley and to continue the filling process afterwards.
For the different product bars with round or angled shape and for the different calibers there are various adapters available.
The customer benefits from the high filling capacity of the filling machine and the high product volume in subsequent processes like cooking, smoking or cooling by optimal utilization of the trolleys. An effective work effort helps to reduce auxiliary times and due to long slicer products there is less offcut.
The smoke trolley as well as the steel gratings are also part of our product range and are produced in stainless steel like the automatic loading machine.
