Grouping syst. for sausages
More rapid and more precise.
With our grouping systems single sausages, sausage pairs or sausage cords - coming from the filling machine - can be dropped in plates, bowls or packaging machines according to a pre-set quantity.
This new generation of the grouping system achieves a performance of 150 cycles per minute and because of the rotary device a more precise positioning can be reached, too.
The plates or bowls have been applied onto the cycling belt located below, which can be equipped with places for providing empty trays or for buffering filled trays according to the customer’s wishes.
While dropping the sausage pairs onto the plates, the cycling belt cycles forward in the loop of the filling machine and after reaching the pre-set quantity it cycles to the next plate automatically. The same action takes place when dropping single sausages in the packaging machine or in bowls.
The size of the plate and thus the number of the sausage pairs is adjustable.
Sausages which are too long are detected by the sensors and run through the system in straight way without being deposited on the trays.
Each system is designed individually and can be matched especially to the customer’s demands.
