Grouping syst. for sausages
Precise transfer.
With this grouping system sausage pairs or strings - coming from the filling machine - can be deposited into trays according to the pre-set quantity.
The system consists of a belt with transfer device which takes over the sausages after portioning or separating as well as a cycle belt for the provision of the trays.
The sausage pair or string is released in a 90° angle to the conveying direction by a servo geared pusher and deposited via slide into the tray located below. Automatically, the cycle belt with the trays cycles forward according to the loop of the filling machine after every depositing process and when the pre-set quantity is achieved it cycles to the next tray. The size of the trays as well as the quantity of the deposited sausage pairs can be adjusted.
The trays have been provided on the cycle belt manually or automatically in advance and sprayed with anticoagulant by a nozzle.
Sensors detect sausages which are too long and make them pass through in straight way to avoid depositing in the trays. Depending on quality of product and casing, up to 90 pairs per minute can be released.
The system is designed robust and buckling resistant in stainless steel with glass bead blasted surface. It is optimally appropriated for wet cleaning and meets the highest demands in hygiene and cleaning.
